Puzzled by a presentation? Is the diagnosis a dilemma? What would a specialist in the relevant field do? Tell us about your baffling or hard-to-treat general practice cases for consideration in our ‘Clinical case review’ series. The case synopsis should be no longer than 150 words and include one or two specific questions that you would like to see answered.
Please make sure you do not include any information that could reveal the patient’s identity. Once accepted for publication, clinical synopses are edited to our house style and to ensure confidentiality is retained. A specialist is then commissioned to provide a commentary to address the specific questions posed. A copy of the commentary is sent to the GP who provided the synopsis for review before publication. To submit your clinical synopsis, please complete the form below or post your contribution to: Medicine Today Pty Ltd, PO Box 1473, Neutral Bay NSW 2089, Australia.
