Chronic conditions: OECD survey

Australia is managing chronic conditions well compared with other OECD countries, finds the Patient­ Reported Indicator Survey (PaRIS), an international study of patients on their health outcomes and experi­ ences with GP practices. PaRIS Survey: Australian National Report 2025, published by the Australian Commission for Safety and Quality in Health Care, found Australia ranked in the top five countries in four areas: co­ordination of care, quality of care, person-­centred care and physical health.
